Sean has worked in the life sciences industry across a broad range of functional areas, including: salesforce effectiveness, biopharmaceutical operations and managed markets. He has worked closely with manufacturers on large scale system implementations; assisting with the defining of requirements, modeling solutions and managing milestone achievements. Sean has also helped clients achieve their goals in managed care, analyzing all aspects of their complete contracted portfolio, determining the appropriate operational configurations to meet contractual obligations and assisting with the rollout of contract strategy.
In addition to his experience in commercial contracting, Sean also brings experience with government pricing calculation, regulatory reform assessment and 340B eligibility management. Having provided analysis and solution design across both commercial contracting and regulatory programs, Sean has a first-hand understanding of the linkages between contact discount strategies, the government price types they affect and the implications to manufacturers’ liabilities and reimbursement positioning.
