Jason’s 17-year career in healthcare includes experience in channel, service and data strategy development and implementation for specialty and traditional drugs; enterprise and channel data strategy, implementation and operations; customer service and trade operations; organization design and change management; VMI and CPFR; package development; process engineering; and six sigma and lean methodologies.
At Blue Fin Group, he works with numerous and diverse client business models, including specialty, traditional brand and generic manufacturers, from start-up to top 5; retail and mail order pharmacy, from independents to national chains; and many third-party service providers for logistics, expired product returns, data management and analytics.
